Who We Are
The Lower Rio Grande Valley TPDES Stormwater Management Task Force is a joint program between the Texas A&M – Kingsville Engineering Department and various municipalities all across the Rio Grande Valley to educate and improve how cities and civil engineers plan for stormwater management.

Low Impact Development (LID) is a tailored course of civil land development that works with the surrounding natural territory to best manage stormwater, in the effort to create functional, effective stormwater drainage.
